Manager, Strategic and Business Finance
Job Description
1Money is seeking a CPA (CA/CFA a plus) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. The role spans financial reporting and strategic finance, supporting the company's rapid scaling in a multi-jurisdictional structure.
Job Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Operations: Design and implement internal financial processes and controls. Lead bookkeeping and preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements, management reports. Manage annual statutory audits.
- Strategic Finance: Support corporate development efforts, including M&A and partnership assessments. Assist in capital allocation planning and monitoring financial KPIs for decision-making. Support leadership on pricing strategy, fundraising initiatives and investor reporting.
Qualifications
- Certification: CPA qualification is mandatory; CA/CFA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Background: Prior experience in Big 4 audit, fintech, or high-growth startup is preferred but not mandatory.
- Digital Assets: Experience with digital assets accounting is a strong plus.
Bonus Factors
- CA/CFA: CA/CFA certification in addition to CPA.
- Big 4 Experience: Prior experience in Big 4 audit.
- Digital Assets Accounting: Experience with digital assets accounting.
