1Money is seeking a Manager for our Business Operations team to join our fast-scaling organization. This role sits at the intersection of platform operations, product, and finance, owning the daily health of our stablecoin orchestration platform while driving scalable improvements. You will have broad exposure to foundational areas including asset allocation, transaction and order routing, platform pricing, and customer success in a high-growth environment.Job Responsibilities
- Platform Operations & System Health:
- Monitor, manage and optimize asset allocation of prefunding, transaction routing across partner banks, liquidity providers, and on-chain rails.
- Set up and monitor pricing logics and overall growth and platform health metrics.
- Identify and automate internal ops and manual processes — reconciliations, reporting, exception handling, and operational workflows.
- Product & Business Reporting:
- Identify product gaps and make recommendations to solve issues; contribute to PRDs and testing. Track implementation in partnership with tech and product.
- Build and own overall platform reporting — transaction volumes, partner health, unit economics, and other operating KPIs that inform leadership decisions.
- Customer Success & Commercial Support:
- Customer support and success — help customers understand, learn and implement 1Money APIs, while triaging and resolving issues end-to-end.
- Support commercial GTM and key partnerships — deal support, onboarding new partners, and ensuring smooth handoffs from sales to operations.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience, ideally with a mix of management consulting and/or operating roles at a tech / high-growth startup.
- Top-tier educational background — we filter strongly for IQ, intent, and structured problem-solving ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills; comfort breaking down ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work directly with customers, partners, and internal eng/product/leadership stakeholders.
- Bias for action and ownership — comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and the ability to apply them effectively and safely within the compliance constraints of a regulated financial institution.
Bonus Factors
- Fintech, web3, or stablecoins exposure is a strong plus but not mandatory.
