Analyst / Sr. Analyst, Strategic and Business Finance

Job Description

1Money is seeking a CPA/CA/CFA with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience. This role offers an opportunity to work across financial operations and high-impact strategic finance projects. It is designed to provide broad exposure and fast learning in a high-growth environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Operations: Support implementation of internal financial processes and controls. Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements, management reports. Support Strategic and Business Finance Manager during statutory audits.
  • Strategic Finance: Track and analyze financial KPIs to provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Contribute to corporate development initiatives, including M&A and partnership assessments. Support fundraising and investor reporting by preparing analysis and investor presentations.

Qualifications

  • Certification: CPA qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Background: Experience in Big 4 audit, investment banks, fintechs, or high-growth startups is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Digital Assets: Experience with digital assets accounting is a strong plus.

Bonus Factors

  • Big 4 / Investment Banking: Experience in Big 4 audit or investment banks.
  • Fintech Experience: Experience in fintechs or high-growth startups.
  • Digital Assets Accounting: Experience with digital assets accounting.
